Giving Days for NIJFON
For Giving Tuesday or Every Day of Advent – Consider giving to Northern Illinois Justice For Our Neighbors. Use this paypal button to donate. It’s fast, safe, and every dollar goes straight to helping immigrant clients in need.
If you would like information about Executive Action, please click here for the Illinois is Ready Website complete with posters and a list of learning sessions.
Note that NO PROGRAM IS IN PLACE. Please do not pay anyone who promises to help because there is currently no way for anyone to receive any kind of documentation yet. Many scams are hurting those who would like to have help. Here is what we advise our constituents and potential clients to do:
1. Save Money (you will need it to apply for Executive Action when it is available).
2. Gather your documents. Locate your birth certificate, Diploma, matricula, Driver’s License, utility bills, or other information.
3. Attend a learning session, if needed. More information will be coming out soon.
